Banner specs:
  • Bemis Field Banners are 4-feet high x 6-feet wide (one year)
  • Baseball Field Banners are 10-feet high x 8-feet wide (two years)
  • Softball Banners are 4-feet high x 6-feet wide (two years)
  • Loop Road Banners are 6-feet high x 5-feet wide (one year)
  • Please create a .5-inch bleed on the artwork.
  • Only an Ai (packaged) files, EPS, or PDF with crop marks are accepted. Please provide the working document with your PDF.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING

Scoreboard Commercials are displayed full screen at all home regular season and play-off games.

If you create your own digital ad or commercial:
  • Be sure that you own the copyright to the music you use in the video 
  • The maximum length of commercials is 30 seconds
  • Video quality must be 1080p. 4k is not recommended for scoreboard broadcasting

If you need us to create your commercial:

  • There is an additional $500 production fee
  • Commercials produced by NDP MUST be shot and edited two weeks prior to airing on the scoreboard
  • Filming sessions must be 2 hours or less
  • Only one edit revision allowed
Bemis Field Static Scoreboard Ads are included in a continuous loop on the lower third of the scoreboard at all home regular season and play-off games.
 
Gymnasium Static Scoreboard Ads (Only three available) The installation of our new scoreboard is delayed. This item is currently NOT available for purchase.
