Senior Photo/Yearbook Ad

Hello Class of 2025 students and their parents/guardians!

It is time for the Notre Dame Prep Class of 2025 to make appointments for graduation gown photos that will be used in the yearbook, the graduation program and the two large screens that flank the stage at graduation. 

• Please be on time for your appointment; keeping the appointment and being on time represents two of the R's, respect and responsibility.
• Boys must follow the appearance rules as stated in the handbook (see details below), and they must wear a buttoned-down dress shirt and tie underneath their graduation gown.
• Girls must follow the appearance rules as stated in the handbook (see details below),  must wear a dress or blouse underneath their graduation gown. 
• Graduation gowns will be provided by NDP.
• Failure to comply with appearance regulations will result in a student being sent home.
• All appointments will be in the COMM

Final appointment opportunity

• Oct. 3 | Is the final deadline to have a graduation gown photo taken |  8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Final pose selection

• Oct. 25 | This is the final pose selection deadline for the yearbook.  This is a hard deadline to ensure your photo appears in the yearbook. If you do not choose your favorite pose, one will be chosen for you by our yearbook staff.

• Parents and students who took their grad gown photos this summer can use the link below to select their pose:  https://shop.prestigeportraits.com/shop/claimProofs.html?showPage=claimProof
• Seniors are only able to access their images using their email address, session ID and access code online.  Access codes were provided via email or mailed on the physical proofs.
• Create an account using your email address, session ID and access code. The session ID and access code are visible on the receipt issued to students at their photography session OR it is on the proof sheet that Life Touch mailed to them. 

• If you do not have a proof sheet or a receipt, call Life Touch at 1-800-736-4775.

Appointments

• All photos will be taken on campus; Life Touch no longer operates a photo studio. Here is the link to make the appointment:

• If an appointment needs to be canceled at the last minute, please contact Mrs. Lachvayder (mlachvayder@ndpsaints.org) and then reschedule the appointment through the link. 

Appearance Code

• Boy’s Appearance
  • Hair must be well-groomed, maintained, and a natural color. Bleaching, tinting, or dying is not permitted. • Hawks, mohawks, mullets, man-buns, shaved designs, lines, lettering, ponytails, combovers, ornamentation may not be allowed. 
  • Boys hair may not touch the upper rim of the collar, cover the eyebrows, or cover/wrap around the ears. This applies to styled and not styled hair.
  • No facial hair is permitted; students are to be clean-shaven. 
  • Boys may not wear make-up, nail polish, earrings, or other piercings on school property, or to school functions.
  • No writing on the body (hands, arms, legs, feet, etc.)

  • Extreme hairstyles or extreme coloring of hair is not permitted.
  • Shaved designs or undercuts are not permitted. • Make-up and nail polish must not be excessive.

The 2024-25 "The Halo" Yearbooks 

The 2024-25 yearbook (The Halo) is on sale now!

• The yearbook will not be rolled into student fees, per the 2023-24 school year. 
• The early bird price is $125 ---- expiring on 12/31/24.
• Last chance sales ---- for $150 --- end on 1/28/25.
