Senior Parking Lot Permits and Painting Registration

Congratulations rising seniors! Your first job as a senior is to purchase your permit to park in the SENIOR LOT before May 12!

Note: Parking spaces are assigned in the order they are received. All transactions are time-stamped.

Auction Fashion Show 

If you plan to bid on a VIP parking spot or purchase a solar-shaded parking spot at the Auction, you MUST still complete this form, upload your artwork, and pay for a regular permit by Friday, May 16, 2025.

If you successfully win a VIP parking spot or purchase a solar-covered spot at the Auction Fashion Show, you will be notified, and we will refund the fee for this transaction.

NO INAPPROPRIATE WORDING OR IMAGES MAY BE USED. ANY GRAFITTI, SLANDER, UNAPPROVED PAINTING, VANDALISM OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PRIVILEGE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
 
  • I recognize, as a member of the Class of 2026, that the painting of Senior parking spaces is a privilege and understand that the Notre Dame Preparatory Administration has the right to revoke this privilege at their discretion for acts on the part of seniors negatively representing the student body and/or violations of school policy.
     
  • I assume full responsibility for my actions and behavior and shall hold neither Notre Dame Preparatory nor the Diocese of Phoenix liable for an act or occurrence. I realize that it is my responsibility to adhere to the regulations regarding this senior privilege.

Design Submission Instructions

A sketch of your design must be uploaded by Friday, May 16, to have your design approved for painting. 

Please note the guidelines below that must be followed for the painted parking spaces:  

  • WATER-BASED EXTERIOR LATEX paint is the only type of paint that can be used.  

  • No Reflective paint; No Spray paint; No Fluorescent paint; No Glitter.  

  • Students must keep a 6” unpainted border between the white parking space lines and the paint in their parking spot. (Please use blue painters tape.)  

  • Paints are to be purchased by the student.  

  • Cleanup will be required the days of painting. Please keep this in mind and allow for enough time to pick up after yourself.  

  • You may only paint while a school employee is present.  

  • You may purchase WATER-BASED EXTERIOR LATEX paint at retail stores like Sherwin Williams, Lowe's, or Home Depot.  

  • The use of stencils is highly encouraged.
