This summer the NDP Counseling Department is offering a College Application Boot Camp.
This boot camp is for rising seniors who want additional guidance through the college application process and/or want to have their college application process already in motion before the school year begins. It is especially helpful for students who have a busy fall schedule (e.g. athletes), those who would like to apply “early action” or “early decision,” and those who are hoping to receive financial aid and merit scholarships.
In-State university applications will be reviewed, and each component of the Common Application will be introduced. By the end of the workshop, students will have a college list that makes sense, completed body of the main Common Application, and a solid working essay, all under the guidance of a college counselor.
The boot camp will run June 17-28, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Cost is $200. If you would like to get a jump start on the college application process, sign up for the College Application Boot Camp today! Registration is through the NDP Summer School website.
Students may contact their counselor with questions.
