Retreats

Kairos Retreat
Kairos (a Greek word adapted to mean "The Lord's time") is a Catholic retreat program created for high school and college students. NDP has designed this retreat for juniors and seniors. Students and faculty/staff members who have previously made the retreat lead the experience. Kairos is held off campus and focuses on helping students find his or her own personal relationship with God during a few days of discernment and discovery. Learn more here.

All-School House Retreat
This is a day for our entire campus to "unplug" and celebrate Mass, listen to inspiring speakers, participate in small group discussions, enjoy some games and receive the sacrament of Reconciliation. This retreat usually takes place at the beginning of the school year.

Freshman Retreat
A class that prays together, stays together! This is why at the beginning of each school year, we offer a freshman-only retreat for the newest members to of our community to grow in faith in God and each other. This off-campus day retreat gives freshman a chance to connect with each other and to bond in a profound way that can only be done in a sacred space and apart from distractions. Parents are asked to drop off and pick up their sons and daughters at the retreat location -- not at the school. The retreat typically runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  We will always communicate actual times and location prior to the event as information changes from year to year.
