NDP Athletics Registration and Tryout Information

To participate in NDP athletics for the 2023-24 school year, all athletes must register online to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice.  The NDP Athletic Department is using the secure registration platform, FinalForms, that provides our families with a safe, easy and user-friendly way to register for Notre Dame Prep athletics.

The items required for clearance include the parent and student registration and required signatures, a current physical, transportation of a minor form and completing the Brainbook and Opioid education classes. The classes are for first-year and transfer students.

Student-athletes who are still competing in an NDP sport that overlaps with another (i.e Fall sports playoffs during Winter sports tryouts) , will be afforded an opportunity to try out for the overlapped team starting at the completion of their previous sport's playoffs at a date TBD by coaches. Students should work with coaches to keep them in the loop of their intentions to tryout.

While we finalize exact dates, times and locations, please ensure all registration paperwork is completed and uploaded to FinalForms. This includes the sports physical, the transportation of a minor form (notarized, see front office for appointments), the completion certificates of the AIA concussion and opioid training videos and all e-signatures requested by FinalForms. ALL ATHLETES MUST ADD ALL SPORTS THEY ARE INTENDING TO TRY OUT FOR TO THEIR FINALFORMS ACCOUNT. Students missing any of these requirements will not be allowed to try out. This MUST be done to avoid AIA violations. Official practice schedules will be communicated by coaches by the conclusion of tryouts. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
