New Girls Tennis Coach, NDP Alumna Alexa Cooke

Notre Dame Prep athletic director Jason Levine is pleased to announce the hiring of Alexa Cooke as our new Girls Tennis head coach.

Cooke is an NDB alum ('17) who grew up in Arizona. She excelled as a junior tennis player, consistently ranking top 10 in the state and claiming multiple champion and runner up titles with her NDP varsity team. She went on to play Division I tennis at Lafayette College in Easton, PA, where she competed for three years. She now coaches and trains athletes around the Valley as well as at a local gym!

Coach Cooke is excited to bring her experience and knowledge back to the NDP court and hopes to keep our girls tennis program going strong!

"When a graduate comes back to coach and contribute to a program she helped build as a player, it speaks volumes about that family atmosphere that is synonymous with Notre Dame Prep," Levine said.

Coach Alexa Cooke, "back in the day" poses with teammates after winning the 2016 State Championship! She is 4th from the right in the back row.
