Winter Sports Registration and Tryout Information
To participate in winter sports for the 2022-23 school year, all athletes must register online to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice. The NDP Athletic Department is using a NEW secure registration platform, Final Forms, that provides our families with a safe, easy and user-friendly way to register for Notre Dame Prep athletics.
The items required for clearance include the parent and student registration and required signatures, a current physical, student transportation form, transportation of a minor form and completing the Brainbook and Opioid education classes. The classes are for first-year and transfer students.
For more information, please go to the Athletics Registration page.
Student-athletes who are competing in football will be afforded an opportunity to try out for the men's basketball teams and soccer starting at the completion of the varsity football season at a date TBA.

Winter Sports tryouts are ready for release!
Unfortunately, we are still waiting for AIA to update us on soccer tryouts. We feel like it’s going to be October 31st. If we are wrong, we will have a week to regroup. Please ensure all registration paperwork is completed and uploaded to FinalForms. This includes the sports physical, the student transportation form, the transportation of a minor form (notarized, see front office for appointments), the completion certificates of the AIA concussion and opioid training videos and all e-signatures requested by FinalForms. ALL ATHLETES MUST ADD THE WINTER SPORT THEY ARE TRYING OUT FOR TO THEIR FINALFORMS ACCOUNT. Students missing any of these requirements will not be allowed to try out. We understand the difficulty the delayed announcement caused, but these MUST be done to avoid AIA violations. Official practice schedules will be communicated by coaches by the conclusion of tryouts. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
