Wednesday's multi-meet vs. Show Low and Greenway not only honored NDP Wrestling's Robert Perry and Angel Oukosavanna as part of Senior Night, but it also featured multiple victories for the Saints in their final home meet of the season.

Perry posted two wins on the night, while sophomores Zane Barkemeyer and Cameron Smith and juniors William Ward and Jackson Toth also had their respective hands raised.

"Our guys fought hard," said NDP head Wrestling coach Matthew Zismann. "They got themselves into weird situations and positions but got themselves out of them. They continued to fight, and they left everything out on the mat."

Next up, the Saints head to Prescott this Wednesday, Jan. 29, to take on the Badgers, Show Low and Shadow Mountain.

Added Zismann, "Our overall awareness of what it means to be a wrestler is increasing. Kids are getting more aggressive on the mat, and they are maintaining control. I am excited."
