Drama
Throughout the years, NDP has delighted audiences with brilliant musical theater performances by our award-winning drama program. Many of the actors in the galleries below have gone on to experience enormous success in college and professionally in theater, music and film.

There are two ways to get involved in Drama at NDP. We offer drama classes for students interested in learning acting techniques and stage management. Drama is also a club for students who wish to be involved in theater, but do not have room in their schedule for drama courses.
Drama Club is one of the largest clubs on campus and provides a way for freshmen to get involved and make new friends. Drama classes help students with their confidence in public speaking and presentations as well as acting skills.
NDP presents two drama productions per year; one non-musical and one musical. We won local acclaim for our production of Cinderella in 2022, Anastasia in 2023, The Addams Family in 2024 and Hadestown: Teen Edition in 2025.
Hadestown garnered many HSMTA nominations and the production finishes 5th in State!
