Hall of Fame Nominations

Required

The Notre Dame Prep Alumni Association will recognize individuals every other year to earn induction into the Forever Saints Hall of Fame.

We are currently accepting nominations for the 2027 Forever Saints Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

Potential recipients will be vetted, discussed, and voted on by the Executive Board.

Qualifications:

Eligible nominees include past students who graduated from NDP in good standing or past faculty, staff, and administrators whose contributions while employed were exemplary.
The nominee is outstanding in one or more of the following ways:
1. Exceptional accomplishment in their chosen field
2. Exceptional service in local, state or national affairs OR
3. Exceptional service in support of the advancement and continued excellence of NDP
The distinction will be reflective of NDP pillars of Reverence, Respect & Responsibility
