COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY 
Columbia is offering a Summer Immersion in New York City. Choose from over 70 courses in a dozen subject areas; study with a cohort of like-minded students from all over the world; experience college life; earn a Columbia University Certification of Participation. For more information, go to:

UNITED STATES COAST GUARD ACADEMY

UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY AT WEST POINT  
Junior students can apply to West Point’s Summer Leaders Experience. This weeklong immersive on-campus experience runs May 28-June 3 and June 4-June 10, 2022. Scholarships are available.

UCLA SUMMER SESSIONS 
UCLA Summer College Immersion Program is designed for exceptionally high-achieving high school students. The six-week program allows students to choose 1-2 courses and earn college credit. They also enjoy exclusive access to admission and college readiness workshops. The program includes:

THE DIALECTIC: ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY’S HIGH SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY SUMMER CAMP 
2022 Topic: Why don’t they get it? How to engage disagreement. For one-week students will examine evidence, beliefs, values, and reasoning. Philosophy graduate students will lead the camp and focus on topics such as: 

  • What is good argumentation? What does good reasoning look like? 
  • What do values have to do with disagreement? How do we respect people’s values when we disagree? Should we respect people’s values? 
  • What is good evidence? What do we do when we have different evidence than someone else? 
  • Is my point of view uniquely accessible to me? How can I share it with others? 
  • What could reasonable political dialogue look like? 
  • How can I engage with disagreement?

CORNELL COLLEGE 
Cornell is offering a one course summer institute from June 26-July 13, 2022. Students will learn alongside peers from across the country and discover what professors expect of college-level-work. Courses offered are:

UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI  
How many students get a chance to litigate a mock trial, participate in a medical scenario or get up close and personal with dolphins? University of Miami Summer Scholars program is being offered to high school sophomores and juniors. Students can earn up to six college credits. The dates are as follows:

LANDMARK COLLEGE   
Landmark College in Putney, Vermont, specializes in students with dyslexia, ADHD, autism and executive function challenges.

FIR ACRES WRITING WORKSHOP at LEWIS & CLARK COLLEGE 
June 26-July 9, 2022, join 60 high school 10th, 11th and 12th grade students from across the country! For two weeks, study and write with published, thoughtful, dynamic authors.  Preview college life on Lewis & Clark’s wooded campus. GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY 
Georgetown is offering online pre-college programs for students 13 years old and above to explore their interests. Courses are offered in: Law, Medicine/Science, International Relations, Entrepreneurship, Politics and Government and Psychology. WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY 
Wake Forest is offering pre-college online courses for students 13 years and older to explore their interests. The summer application is now available. PARSONS PARIS FASHION & LUXURY 
Parsons is a global leader in fashion industry education, located in Paris, France.  They are offering an online summer program for 13-year-old students and older. ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY 
The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication will host a two-week, in person camp. The focus is on teaching popular majors like broadcast and digital journalism, sports broadcasting, digital media innovation and social media. Students will stay on campus at the Taylor Place Residence Hall on ASU’s downtown campus. Application deadlines begin April 8, 2022.

WORCESTER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE  
Pre-College programs are offered this summer for rising 10th, 11th and 12th grade students.  

Rising 10th graders can attend a one-week residential program. Students will learn through research and technology how to find solutions to correct world problems in a variety of scientific fields.  Registration opens February 7, 2022. 

Rising 11th and 12th graders can attend a five-week virtual summer program where they will earn college credit. Students will receive services for tutoring, college planning, career exploration and connecting with peers around the globe. Applications open January 18, 2022.

UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE 
The Edge summer college program is a three-week, credit bearing college experience. It is being offered to rising junior and senior students from July 10-July 30, 2022. Students will take part in on and off campus activities and build a sense of community with students from all over the world. For more information go to:

BOSTON UNIVERSITY 
5 Pre-college programs will be offered at Boston University: 

  • High School Honors- a 6-week online course for rising juniors and seniors 
  • Rise Internship/Practicum-a 6-week course for rising seniors who will conduct scientific research in a university lab. 
  • Academic Immersion (AIM)- a 3- week program for rising juniors or seniors interested in: Introduction to Experimental Psychology; Introduction to Medicine or Creative Writing. 
  • Summer Challenge-a two-week online or residential program for rising sophomore, junior or senior students who want to experience college life by taking a two non-credit seminar course.  
  • -ummer Preview-a one- week, non-credit course for rising freshmen or sophomore students who wish to explore one subject of interest while previewing the college experience.

Boston University’s Academy of Media Production is offering a four-week workshop to explore the many aspects of media production while developing the skills needed to be a successful storyteller. UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME 
High school juniors can apply to join U of Notre Dame at one of their Global Gateways in South Africa, Ireland or Italy this summer! The deadline to apply is January 24, 2022.  

USC SUMMER AND ONLINE PRE-COLLEGE PROGRAMS 
USC is offering residential and online summer programs. Become a Summer Trojan and earn college credit. Explore a potential major before graduating from high school. Visit:  https://precollege.usc.edu/

UNIVERSITY COLLEGE DUBLIN, IRELAND 

UCD offers a two- week summer school enrichment program designed specifically for North American students who are interested in learning more about Irish history and culture and may be considering the possibility of applying to universities in Ireland for undergraduate degrees. Through a series of lectures and interactive workshops, students are introduced to the academic culture in Ireland and the variety of subjects they can study. Field trips are also taken around Dublin and the Irish countryside. To be eligible students must: 

  • Be 16 or a7 at the start of the program 
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3.0 GPA 
  • Write a brief essay about their interest in the program and what would make them a good candidate. 
  • Counselor recommendation 
  • This program is non-credit bearing

CASE WESTERN RESERVE

Pre-college online programs are being offered to students aged 13 and older. JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY 
Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation offers a collection of specialized pre-college programs for high achieving math and science students. This summer they are offering an in-person summer program,

TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY 
The Neely School of Business at TCU is introducing the Neeley Analytics Academy for the Summer 2022! This one-week residential program will be offered from July 17-July 22 for students entering 10th through 12th grades. This hands-on experience will focus on data analytics and market research. This program is specifically for students who possess: 

  • Strong math skills 
  • A record of scholastic achievement 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Motivation and Interest in analytics and problem solving
