AP - Advanced Placement

Notre Dame Prep offers many Advancement Placement course to help challenge our students and help them get a leg up on college placement and in some cases, college credit.

**AP Capstone is a two-year program based on two AP courses—AP Seminar and AP Research. Other AP courses teach you, in depth, about a specific subject, like biology or U.S. history. AP Seminar and AP Research are different. They focus on helping students develop academic skills they can use in any discipline, such as critical thinking and collaboration.

TESTING

AP testing sign up begin in September of each year. Testing occurs in May. All NDP AP students, must take the AP exams to receive weighted credit for the class. See your counselor for more information (counselor contact information is in the right column of this page).
