The winners of the Shark Tank coffee cart pitch contest are Jace Terry, Bella Carrillo, and Cam Hartman. On Monday, Nov. 11, their concept for a student-run coffee cart called "Holy Grounds" impressed the investors, and they secured $3,000 in start-up costs. "Holy Grounds" will open soon and become the "heartbeat" of our campus!
"This group did a particularly good job of calculating costs, shrinkage, and realistic revenue," said one of the investors, Wayne Destefano.
All the finalists impressed the "Sharks," Now, the Business Club members will work together to get this project off the ground and start serving coffee on campus soon. Congratulations to all who participated!
