Clubs & Activities
Student-organized clubs and activities are a vital part of the NDP community. Students are encouraged to join one or more of our many clubs or to start one of their own. Student activities abound at NDP! Dances, pep rallies, student-faculty competitions and assemblies are a regular part of campus life.
We offer numerous club opportunities, ranging in interest from baking, to politics, to the arts. Club meetings take place during break, lunch and before/after school. Many clubs engage students off campus as well through co-curricular field trips and overnight events. Both service- and activities-based clubs take advantage of the opportunities in and around Phoenix and the Southwest, while other clubs travel regularly for national competitions.
Of course, mixers, dances, Homecoming and Prom are regular events each year, but at NDP, we do so much more. Spirit Weeks take place each quarter and are complete with dress-up days, lunch activities, music and nighttime activities. Shed your uniform for one week while dressing as your favorite superhero or in aloha-style! Each quarter also brings about spirited competitions, such as Powder Puff football, 3-on-3 basketball tournaments, dodge ball and more. There is never a dull moment when you are an NDP Saint.
